can this issue be attended as soon as possible

Good day

I went to Jabulane mall Telkom,I asked one of the consultant to assist me with Porting,She was very rude and she told me I must go at Pep,buy the Sim card and tell the assistant at Pep that I want to port,when I call Telkom call centre they said I was suppose to port at the Telkom store...Am not happy with Jabulane Telkom...They don't have good Customer service..I might as well forget about Porting to Telkom as they don't care with their customers
