Can Telkom take us serious

This is what I wrote to Telkom today and I doubt they will reapond...

"You always respond late until someone decides to ditch you. I have experiencing problems with my sim card. At first I thought it was my phone until I switched my sim cards then the problem persisted. I went to one of your store in Waterfall Mall, Rustenburg where your tech lady asked what I thought was the most useless questions ever like "where did you buy the phone?" "is the sim reca'd?". What does the place I bought my phone from has to do with my sim problems? I have been using this sim card for the past 4-5 years. Definitely I rica'd my sim when I bought it like have with every network I would turn to when I feel fed up with the other like I am with Telkom. Clearly she is just a worker there and knows nothing about what she is hired to do. Now get this...,she tells me I have to do a sim swap at no cost at all and for that I have to have my ID card or book and a proof of residencial. I tell her that I do have my ID but the proof of res is on my phone. She tells me "no they're going to need a hard copy of my proof of residence. She asks me which bank do I bank with, I tell her and thinks to be kind and gives me direction to the bank I bank with. How does "at no cost" apply here. I get charged for a single paper of a statement. Al she could have done was extend her courtesy and offered to print it for me and have my sim swapped. If it is your policy that you don't extend your customer service to that extend, you should s**** it. I go to your store again today in the morning only to find you're offline and I'm still using a sim card that is damaged and that keeps on connecting and disconnecting including when I am in a call. I run a business and this is an absolute inconvenience. You don't have a self service for sim swap. A multi billion rand company has no self service for sim swaps. People have to queue for almost 2 hours at the time on the lines for a 5-10 minute service."
