Can you please explain if the R202/R220 am being charged extra on my bill. Is it a penalty fee or charge from insurance this is the 4th time now. Please explain because your contact Centre agent. Can't. They lie and don't know their story. I've worked for contact centre's that provide quality assurance... Quality customer care Please hire me to train them for you. I've got good good good customer care experience especially with account. Now and then there's asn extra charge of R220... Ohhh
