Can Telkom Find new Staff members!

I need to have someone to contact me as soon as possible as your staff members in your call center needs to be fired. Your guys need to have the staff members ears checked as their listening skill are not up to scratch. I need my line fixed tomorrow itself because trusted me. if it is not, I will go to the papers.
