Can Telkom actually cancel a business line ???

<p>On the 20 June 2016, I advised Telkom to cancel a business line.</p> <p>The line was discontinued in July, but the monthly bills are still arriving, despite regular calls and emails to Telkom. <br />Often calls are transferred from one department to the next, with each one blaming another.<br />Each agent assures me all is sorted....<br />What does it take to cancel this line ????<br /><br /></p>
