Can't seem to cancel accounts.

<p>I've app**** to a mobile service with the number ********** 618 on the 26th of May 2017 at the Menlyn. I see that it was not cancelled or have I got any feedback. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is the same problem with account ********** 66677 which I also app**** to have it cancelled on the 18th of May 2017 which at least I got a confirmation email back, but nothing happened.</p>
