Can't provide the service they advertise!

<p>Since the beginning of this year (2017) our telephone and wifi line has not worked twice! Currently, our phone and wifi line has not been working for over a month (***) Considering that we are only in February, this is pathetic service! We had 3 techinicians who came over to "fix" the problem but all they did was leave with empty promises never to return. How difficult is it to fix a fault if you are in the business of providing that service. Unless you don't know how to fix it! Please stop advertising your service if you cannot provide it! </p>
