Can't Place an Order!!

These big companies amaze me, I want to place an order for 2 Sony M5's. Been to their shop's if they don't have stock cannot sell me one. They don't even have an option to put me on waiting list???? The call centre on 10213 the same. With millions of rand invested in computer systems they cant even take an order and when stock arrives send me an order!!! The irony is I love their network infrastructure and customer portal, but they want to send me to their competition.
