Can't order in stock

We wanted to take out a R439 contract which consists of a wifi router and a signal extender! The consultant said they are out of stock and they don't know when they can order again, they don't know what stock they get upon delivery! Asked him to call another branch to see if they have available and they said the can't Phn! I took the package without the extender which they will charge me R499 for when it arrives as it is now not included in my contract! Shocking service!!
