Can't live up to their name!!

<p>It seems that this is the only way I can get stuff sorted with Telkom. When you call the call centre you promise to get called back and it never happens. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 24th August 2016 I sent through a request to cancel my so called month to month landlines rental. I have not received any feedback to date and I am certain that the 21 day waiting period has passed!!</p> <p> </p> <p>I have called the call center to follow up numerous times and they either offline or they can't help me. I have sent emails and call me back requests and nobody called or responded.</p> <p> </p> <p>It saddens me that they call themselves the leading provider coz in my eyes they don't even make the top 3!!</p> <p> </p> <p>A very sweet lady called to sell me something and I politely told her no thank you and she should consider looking for another company to work for coz all you get with telkom is trouble!! She could also not find anything on the system regarding my cancellation. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am officially fu**ed off with telkom bit*he's! !</p> <p> </p> <p>All I want is to cancel my landlines rental. Someone please help me!!!</p>
