CAN'T GET PROPER FEEDBACK!!!!

So my Telkom Mobile Contract expires on the 14 November 2015 and I have to give you guys 30 days notice that I do not want to renew the contract! So after numerous emails and Call Centre Calls, I was informed 30 days notice. Now the other day almost a week after my HP Telkom Email was sent back to them asking them when they want the documents back I get an email stating the end of October!! This after I already sent the documents back to them for not getting any proper feedback except the 30 days notice before the expiry date of the contract!! Today I received a letter stating I am giving them 20 days notice and I have to fill this one in and send it back to them. My goodness this is the WORST service ever!!! They are pathetic to say the least!! And I am fed up with having a contract with them!!!! The service is up to ZERO to say it like that!! They might as well close their business as they don't even provide SERVICE!!!<br> <br> THE WHOLE THING IS THAT I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE HAVING A CONTRACT BASIS WITH THEM AND I WANT TO KEEP THE NUMBER AS A PAY AS YOU GO!!!! NOT A CONTRACT I WANT TO IT TO END WHEN IT EXPIRES!!!<br> <br> They are truely ***********!!!
