Can`t get hold of the shop on the telephone number

I did an application yesterday 19/04/2016 for a tablet at Telkom Direct, Kolonnade retail park and I was told that I will be phoned on the morning of the 20th of April at 9 o`clock, and still I did not receive any feedback. I have been trying the whole morning to phone them but still no response. At this moment i am not even sure if I want to continue with my application, due to the poor service I have received thus far. I would not recommend any of my friends or family to apply for a contract at any Telkom.
