Can't get hold of telkom

I have logged a call yesterday as our adsl line is unstable and very slow. speedtest shows line speed is 0.5 mb/s where we normally run 7 mb/s, I tried phoning in but the line just drops or something. We are runing a business here Reference number is 551CRK171115 sort this out asap please
