Can't get a simple thing done !!!!

I have been trying for months to get my account via email. I log onto the website and it tells me its sending a pin number to my email which never arrives. I try to phone 10210 and after 20 minutes of telling me there are large call volumes, I hang up. I go to a branch and the queses are so long it ridiculous. All this to prevent me from having to toodle off to my post box every month so I can pay my account !!!! Aaaaarrrrgggggg
