CAN'T GET A ACCOUNT OR REF. NR TO PAY OURSTANDING
I got divorce in 2001. cancelled my line. Never got a account or phone call from them. When i app**** now for a line they told me there is a outstanding balance on my id. But they can not give me a ref nr to pay that outstanding amount. I went to a telkom shop. phone there billing apartment. No one can help me
