Can't even make a call to Telkom?

I need a phone line and adsl put in at my home for business purposes. I called Telkom and a voice recording comes on thanking me for my call and telling me my call will be answered in 20 MINUTES. What sort of service is this? I ate dealing with Telkom, every time I have to contact you I am upset within minutes. <br> How can a call centre actually operate like this. What am I paying so much money for if I can't even speak to someone? I am waiting eagerly for opposition to enter SA and I will be on my merry way so fast.
