Can't contact in writing

It is common business practice to communicate with suppliers or service providers in writing, especially when there is a problem. This protects both parties.<br> <br> Unfortunately, I cannot find a email address to contact Telkom - for faults or accounts. And they are in the communication business!?!<br> <br> Seems to me they don't want to receive any complaints in writing. I wonder why that is. The sad thing... I was very impressed with Telkom's one on one service. Their staff are friendly and efficient. Pity about the rest.
