Can't close my account(No stars)

<p>I sent through a request to Telkom in April to close my Data discard contact where they were billing me R300 pm & after a lot of back & forth & dealing with so many *********** agents & their managers my contract is still open & they're still charging me for something I don't want use. Everytime I call they tell me that it's with their cancellations department & they will follow up to ensure it is cancelled. I am very disappointed to say the least. </p>
