Can't check balance

<p>I've called countless time but my problem is never solved and the agents I speak to always seem clueless about the matter. I've not been able to check my balance using *188# for months, this is the 8th month now. It's annoying because I never know what I'm sitting on as a result I end up spending a lot of money. Can someone help me with this problem? It can't be rocket science. Surely. </p>
