Can't cancel Telkom line

I am literally unable to cancel my Telkom line because I can't get through to the call centre. I have spent 3 hours holding on on 4 calls and either got cut off or ended in frustration.<br> <br> Was told to send my cancellation notice to tocfaxes@telkom,co,za but this mailbox is full and just bounces.<br> <br> So my attitude is that Telkom are in breach of the stipulation that allows me to give notice on my landline because I am physically unable to do so because of their non-existent service. This means they will also collect the rental on my line for another month and I stand the chance of incurring further losses if the new owners of my house use the line.<br> <br> Unacceptable
