Can't cancel Telkom line?

<p>I've tried using various channels to cancel my Telkom line since moving over to fibre at the beginning of the year and still haven't succeeded. Are their employees incentivised to prevent cancellations? Debit orders are still coming off my account every month. Disgusting! What on earth do I have to do to sort this out?!</p>
