Can't cancel services - it's been months

<p>I have been trying to cancel my service with telkom since October last year. I have sent the cancellation request forms to multiple adresses but get no feedback. Instead I keep getting bills and now also messages saying legal action will be taken if I don't pay for these bills. I have followed all the steps given to cancel but Telkom is not doing it's part.</p>
