Can't cancel report

Good day On the 20th of September, I was unable to connect to the internet. I reported the fault to 10210. Eventually the internet came right again later in the day. I tried to cancel the fault reporting, yet the phone kept ringing. Please cancel the fault report: 243CEK210915 Yours sincerely V.I. Meier
