Can't cancel fixed line - Cancellations email full

I had to wait until my Mweb Internet was cancelled before I can give a month notice to cancel my phone line with Telkom. Both Mweb's and Telkom's cancellation requires a month's notice. Which means you can only cancel your phone line after 2 months. <br> <br> However, after waiting 2 months I can't cancel my phone line! Telkom's only mailbox for cancellations has a space quota!
