Can't cancel contract - Even after I was promised someone would contact after my previous hello peter review

<p>A month ago I posted a review on Hello peter about the difficulties I am having in canceling my telkom account. Within 24 hours someone rep**** to me promising someone would contact me. </p> <p>Well one month later, and no one has yet contacted me. I have however recieved another bill with another month service charge added</p> <p> </p> <p>I have spoken to numerous people, emailed, filled out cancelation forms , but no luck. Telkom hope to carry on billing me until the universe dies a heat death</p>
