Can't cancel a line for more than 5 months now!!!

I have an internet package 4mb/s with Telkom. In May 2016 we decided to move to another house and therefore I moved my telkom line as well. This particular line was (013) ********** . Unfortunately the move fell through and the line wasn't necessary anymore. I have spoken to a Fikile Jwara regarding the cancellation of the line in question. I forwarded the relevant documentation for the line cancellation on the 27/05/2016. There was no feedback from Telkom and I assumed the line was cancelled. I was still paying my normal Telkom Internet tarrifs every month. Then in the beginning og August my internet was cut off without any warning. The reason was that I was behind on my payments. So from May up untill August Telkom was charging me for a line that I CANCELLED! On the 23/08/2016 I had to pay R814.37 in order to restore my internet which I did. There was a dispute logged Ref280 412 62 which was resolved only on the 15/09/2016 which I only found out after I called telkom on 27/09/2016. Again the line wasn't closed so I forwarde the cancellation documents through to Jessica Tembo. Telkom. My account was credited with the R 814.37 after the dispute was resolved. When I called on the 11/10/2016I was told the line in question are still not closed and I am being charged for it again. I logged a new dispute ********** 0. The lady I was talking to was Phumeza. Today 17/10/2016 I called again only to be told that the line is not cancelled and it is still open. Explain to me why is Telkom employees so ***********?
