Can someone who know how to do they job.. please help

I have canceled my telkom line in November the consultant said I need a bank account on my name. I went to open an account then they said it will be paid in 3 months because it's a new bank account. I have received an email saying the matter has been resolved but I haven't received my money and nobody can help. Is this the new way of doing business
