Can someone use their common sense?

This makes me so frustrated but I wont give up, you will keep trying to debit my account with the wrong amount and I will keep asking my banker to reverse the debit. Easy. You cant and wont bully me, I have a top up account with a set limit so how you charge me more I still fail to get it, you also cant explain what the international text charged are for. This is easy, fix the bill, then I shall pay, after all I have a contract with you so I cant just reverse these payments for fun. This is a matter of principle more than anything.
