Previous HP complaint ***.<br> <br> I did receive a call from someone on Monday about my previous HP complaint and she advised that my query would be handed over to their billing or finance department (something like that).<br> <br> I want to cancel this subscription as what I am paying is not what I signed up for and and I simply do not see the value of having this anymore.<br> <br> Another query I have is that how can two Telkom customers have the exact same ADSL with the same specs and one of them is paying R595 and the other one is paying close to R800.<br> <br> I want this cancelled and I want someone to phone me to confirm that this has been done.<br> <br> I do not want to deal with Telkom anymore
