Can someone just call me back

<p>Ive been struggling to get a land line installed in my home so i can get internet for nearly 2 weeks. I have tried to purchase a product online and the website rejects me every time i get to the final payment page, when i call as i have been doing everyday for the last 2 weeks, i wait on hold for 16 minutes + lose hope and hang up. and when i visit thier cresta store the services counters are empty so ques are so long its unbareable .</p> <p> </p> <p>If anyone from telkom sees this please help immediately call me on</p>
