<p>dearest telkom</p> <p>it is incredibly amazing how a telecommunications company with so many years of a great market share such as yours, in freaking 2017, have the worst customer experience EVER! </p> <p>Just a simple update on my services with you is going to take me another three wasted months of my life. Can someone answer the phone? Like why do I have to call you? After requesting call backs, going into stores with the most unhelpful agents amd paying for this unreasonable service? This is ****** unfair. </p>
