Can one log a theft charge at SAPS against Telkom

<p>A year later, Telkom has taken my money and have not given me anything in return. That's theft right? After being transferred about 10 times the guy I finally spoke to just told me that the account was 'closed' Right, I wonder how many other people given them money and just been left without anything in return.</p>
