Can not transfer between landline and cellphone department

I accidentally paid my Landline, WIFI twice with my card right after each other, only 1 payment is reflecting and now Telkom landline department say they can not transfer from the landline to the cellphone department, my phone will be cut off because Telkom is useless, I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYBODY DO ANY BUSINESS WITH TELKOM. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!! there is no service help and they will always call you back, Ive never received a call back from Telkom when they said they will call. I am fuming I'm so upset
