Can not cancel incorrectly billed

Telkom incorrectly charged me and I paid my bill on time now they don't want me to cancel 😒 I can't get hold of the cancelation team. I do not recommend it at all. Was assisted by a nonchalant supervisor Mbali from the billing department she did not want to help at all.
