Can Not Answer A Phone
I have spent the past 3 days trying to reach Telkom Direct -Clearwater and have been met with a full inbox message each time. I phone an hour or two before they are supposed to be closed. How is a company that specialises in Telecommunications unable to answer a telephone repeatedly ringing for several minutes? Thats my question.
