Can never get through to a consultant/ no service

I have been struggling for days to get through to a consultant to log a line migration!!!! i initially did the online migration form which states a consultant will get back to you in 24-48 hours this was done 3 weeks ago and finally someone contacted me to advise me that there where no ports in my area which i was relocating to??? i found this very hard to believe as i am basically moving 50m away from my current premises and in the same area and same exchange.... when i brought this to her attention i was told my current port would be allocated to someone else which made absolutely no sense to me as i would still be using the same exchange and number..... I then asked if I could please speak to her supervisor so i could better understand the situation and maybe make him understand that i will be in the same area on the same exchange.... i was told she would get someone to phone me back this was 5 days ago and i am still waiting for this phone call.<br> <br> I have now taken it upon myself to recontact the call center 10210 to find out what is happening and spent more than 1 hour waiting to be told that there systems are down and they cant help me... I need answers and some feedback....
