Can never get hold of Telkom

Hi there, I pay R139 for my mobile wifi I took a 60gig sim card 399 my bill comes to R549 from July 2020. From Aug - Oct I'm paying R639 I'm confused about this I as I'm paying extra I viewed my statement R96 -" account subscription&once off charge" for what ?? I've been trying to call you guys ever since. I can never get hold of you so many options however you don't get to speak to a person even if you want to cancel the contract. You spend 30mins on hold geez honestly pathetic service! Can some one call me please and explain to me why I'm paying extra... Dale Mullins***
