Can my issue finally get resolved

<p>Im just tired of constantly reporting the same issue with telkom over and over, month after month, my bill has to constantly sit on negative for the number of times my internet is down, im not disregarding that they get it up again but why can't they fix it permanently. Im doubting the lack of competency of their technicians when i have to report the same problem month after month. </p>
