Can I please get the ITC reference number urgently

On Tuesday morning, I phoned the Telkom call centre to blacklist my Samsung J5 Prime. I spoke to Nomalanga who took down all the information. and further advised me that the ITC reference number will be issued to me with in 2 - 4 hours. Till today I haven't received the ITC reference number and required this on Tuesday already so that I could report my loss to the Police station. Since I requested the blacklist, I've been contacting Telkom to follow up everyday and till today each consultant has been telling me that it is not out yet. The consultant I spoke to yesterday evening assured me that the ITC ref number would be issued within 2 hours and I would receive it by 22h00 but till this morning, nothing. I phoned the call centre again now and spoke to Londiwe and she also advised me the same thing that the number is not out yet. I need this information as in Tuesday already and cannot report a loss at the police station without the blacklist number from my service provider. Somebody please assist me urgently.
