can i please get my refund and stop billing me for service you are not providing

Hi Nondumiso Jingela sold me a wifi route that does not work in my area. After receiving a bill with an amount that was 7 times what i was told i will pay i called telkom they told me the device does not work in my area and they will send someone to collect the device and refund me my money that was last year, March and again in September

No one came to collect the device, i have not received my refund and Money is still being deducted from my bank account.

i have called countless times no assistance.
