Can I have My Phone Back Now?

I handed my phone in for repairs on the 13th of January, I was told it would be ready after 21 working days. It's now been 5 weeks, and my phone is still not back, my biggest concern is that i'm leaving the province this Friday and i'm only returning in April, I don't even know why it's taking forever because it shouldn't take this long. This is not my first complaint when It comes to Telkom, there's no sense of urgency when it comes to good customer service. I've emailed telkom and I haven't received any feedback. I just want my phone back, I'm paying for something I don't have, and I'm about to leave and I'd like to have my phone back before I leave.
