CAN ANY TELKOM ASSISTANT ON EARTH PLEASE CONTACT OR HAVE THEY LEFT FOR MARS

As Telkom is NOWHERE ON THIS PLANET EARTH AVAILABLE FOR CONTACT :-( I will place my complaint on this public platform. If Telkom reads it good if not it WILL NOT SURPRISE AT ALL. MAYBE THEY HAVE A BRANCH ON MARS THAT ARE WILLING TO ASSIST BECAUSE APPERENTLY EARTH's TELKOM IS NEVER AVAILABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!My contract is ending in May. I need to notify somebody at Telkom that I am not upgrading and not making use of any data ect after contract ends. I went into a branch to notify that I will go totally prepaid. Nooo I must wait until the beginning of the month. Went later noooo its too late. I went in to branches THEY CANT HELP I must phone 081180. I phoned NOBDY bothers to pick up a phone. I phoned their apparent 081180 number got in my car left the phone on hold and drove into a branch. NOBODY PICKS UP THAT DARN PHONE Gave it to the person at the branch asking to help NNOOOOOO help! I WILL BE REVERSING ANY FUTURE DEBIT ORDERS TELKOM WANTS TO PUT THROUGH ON MY ACCOUNT. AS YOUR STATEMENT RECEIVED IS ALREADY BILLING ME FOR SOMETHING NOBODY ON THIS GODS EARTH CAN CANCEL WITH TELKOM.
