Camplaint About Telkom Home Fibre Service

Good day My Name is Thabang, writing a complain against Telkom Fibre. I have been trying to call Telkom to fix my fibre for the past 3 months. The Service is ridiculous. I spoke to more then 20 consultants (Sales & Technical) nobody is assisting me. My fibre is still down. my kids are doing home school. no fibre. I will be canceling the fibre moving back to vodacom. They have been giving me a better service.

When phoning customer care you hold for more than 30minutes to speak to a consultant.
