Came to our area and broke our internet, does not want to come back and fix it.

Came to our area and did supposed "maintenance" on the fibre in the area according to our service provider. Since then they told us the maintenance was long over and our internet is not working at all. It has been 3 going on 4 days and they just don't show up to fix the problem. The more we tell them we need it since we are running a business on the line, the more thay tell us they are sending people shortly but they just don't turn up at all. Pathetic.
