Came out to install adsl, cables going to the box in the street not working, never fixed only sent out installation again

<p> </p> <p>25 April a technician was sent to my complex to install an adsl line. After testing everything that he needed he said the line from the DB/DP Box to the box in the street is faulty and that he will send someone out to fix it. Got a text that a technician has been sent out as soon as this guy got back to office. Scheduled another installation on 3 May, 2 technicians come out this time only to tell me that the technician that should have fixed the faulty line, did not fix it. So he said he would send them out again, I got a text that a technician has been sent out as soon as these guys got back to offices again and I haven't heard from them since. This is starting to get ridiculous since you take more than a week to respond to an online order as well.</p>
