Calls not answered at call centre

Between myself my wife and friend we have tried more than 10 times to report our out of service phone at home. On the 10th of December my wife reported the issue at Telkom Woodlands. Besides receiving an e-mail on the 10th and a promise that somebody would come out on the 11th the phone is still our of order (19th). Call reference 533CTZ101215.<br> <br> We have tried to call the call centre again numerous times. Sometimes the phone is picked up (can hear call centre background noises) but not answered.
