Calls not answered

Telkom stores numbers never answered and when going to a branch when they do not have what you looking for, you ask them to contact other branches they tell they can't and call will not be answered. That was telkom at Cornubia , kzn. This morning I tried to call City view mall telkom but none of the numbers on the internet get picked up. This is such an inconvenience to us customers and how can you be a communication company that is unable to even have communication running internally...

What type of service are you running. I searched on the website for a complaint line but it seems like it's something that never gets attended to.
