Called for hours without answer

I have been calling Telkom direct from 09h00 today until 14h30 with no answer all day. It is absolutely disgusting how they can not be bothered to answer their telephones. <br> <br> Iam trying to enquire about an service that I require, but with bad service like that, I am not interested anymore. No wonder Telkom is busy going under.
