Called by a telkom rep ,selling a product with false information just to make a sale.... ****med by telkom representative

Good day I have reported a billing issue more the 72hours ago with your call centre I have still not receive any assistance from telkom , I am about to take this matter of bad service and ***** publicly ... I have been ****med by a Telkom representative who sold me the 5GB internet bundle deal ...who said to me it will be R149 per month , I am now being charged R199 plus additional fees for the wifi device monthly ... I am sickened by the methods use by telkom to get deals signed with clients just to make business you have no integrity. I have since requested for the agents recording to be listened to by managers and also a copy of the recorded cal l by send to me so I can take this matter further .I refuse to pay more for a product after agreeing on a certain amount.

I am a valued customer who pay via debit order every month on time without fail. I am disappointed that my account continues to be debited by incorrect amounts
