Called By a Telkom Agent (JUSTIN) and Threatened

<p>I was called by a Telkom agent named Justin around 30 minutes ago to find out about moving my line from my current home to my new home in Durban.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was very calm however he seems very aggravated and started asking me questions like “Why aren’t you ready to move the line ?”, which i understand is part of his job, to which I calmly explained “That the house was not transferred as yet”.</p> <p> </p> <p>So I then asked him his name and where he was calling me from because its seems like he was doing me a favor and was very upset about it, to which he responded “You need to learn how to talk and I will close this call and you can do nothing about it”.</p> <p> </p> <p>I said “You must do what you have to do”. So he cut the phone and closed my call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sad Sad Day when the people that work for telkom think that they are bigger than the company and being the biggest telecommunications provide in Africa seems like the staff gives a S**t about their loyal customers.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
